Ronda Flowers: Ronda Flowers established RondaTime in 2003 after more than two decades in the events planning and marketing industry. As co-founder of Timeless Productions, she has spent fifteen years producing major nightlife events in Chicago, building a reputation among the city's young professionals for staging "can't miss" events. From 1999 to 2003, she worked for Allied Domecq Spirits & Wines USA as the Midwest Ambassador for Courvoisier Cognac During that time, Ronda increased Courvoisier's market share by a whopping 22% annually, setting the standard for the company's entire USA marketing execution. She was subsequently tagged as a consultant for Allied Domecq's Mumm Champagne product line.
